3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain your member account
- Send you notifications you've subscribed to (event reminders, replies to your posts, etc.)
- Process event RSVPs and interest registrations
- Review and publish community submissions (resources, stories, news tips)
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests
- Improve our programs and services
4. Email Communications
We send email notifications only for the following purposes:
- RSVP confirmations and event reminders
- Waitlist updates and promotions
- Replies to your Peer Support conversations
- Resource approval notifications
- Event recap and recording availability

5. How We Store Your Information
Your information is stored securely in our database and is accessible only to authorized BHASnet staff and volunteers who need it to perform their roles. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you with services. If you close your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information:
